Internal Medicine Associates Medical Group is the oldest Internal Medicine practice in San Diego. Established in 1918, Dr. James Churchill's desire was to provide exceptional medical care in a warm and friendly manner.  We proudly carry on his approach, and although the faces here at IMA have changed,  the tradition remains.

Our six Internal Medicine practitioners and physicians assistant each offer special talents. These talents provide synergy to the entire group, allowing the best decision making for your health care and overall wellness. Our entire staff, many who have been here for 20 plus years, values each patient and their healthcare needs and all work towards meeting those needs.
