Setting Up a Patient Portal

Please contact our office by phone (619) 297-3737 or visit in person if you need assistance with the process of setting up a patient portal account.

Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of your account.

 You will then receive an email with your username and password. You will need to change your password from the one provided to you upon your first login to the patient portal. Double check that it meets the requirements (capital letter, special character, etc.)

Through the Patient Portal, you will be able to

  • Ask Questions for Doctors, Nurses, and Staff
  • Request an Appointment
  • Request Prescription Refills and Referrals
  • Enter Medical History Online
  • Check Lab Results

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need to use the portal?

The patient portal allows easy communication between the patient and provider for non-urgent matters. You can see your lab reports, referrals, visit summaries, request refills, and view your medical records.

My password isn't working. How do I log in?

You will have received an email with a username and password we provide you for the patient portal. You will need to change your password upon your initial log in to the patient portal. Your password must meet the requirements.

How do I access my lab results and my visit summary?

Log in to your portal account and go to Medical Records on the menu on the left side of the page. Lab Results and your Visit Summary will be under the Medical Records menu option. If you are unable to access these through your portal, please call us and we will further assist you.

Can I schedule appointments through the portal?

Yes! On the appointments tab on the menu please fill out your information and IMA will be in contact with you to confirm your requested appointment.

I am locked out of my account. What should I do?

If you attempt to log in multiple times the portal may lock you out. If that happens, please call the office and we will can unlock your account.

Can I request refills for my prescription or referrals?

Through the portal you can request refills for your prescription and request referrals. These options are found under the Medical Records tab on the menu.
